Unitedly Studio LLC (“Digital Downloads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software and related services that help Shopify merchants sell, manage, and securely deliver digital products, downloadable files, and related customer access experiences through Shopify (the “Service”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when merchants install or use Digital Downloads, visit xtnsn.pro, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Digital Downloads Shopify app, our website at xtnsn.pro, communications about Digital Downloads, and information received from Shopify in connection with app installation or use.
The Service is designed for merchant operations and digital delivery. We intentionally avoid collecting customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, or raw Shopify customer IDs unless a future feature explicitly requires additional access and is disclosed before use.

A. Store and Merchant Account Information
- Shopify store name and store domain
- Installation status, authentication details, and app session data
- Shop identifiers, app configuration, and subscription or billing status
- Merchant-provided support contact details and message contents
B. Shopify Store and Digital Delivery Data
- Product, variant, line item, order, and file identifiers needed to deliver purchases
- Digital product mappings, file metadata, entitlement status, and download counts
- Refund, cancellation, and delivery-status events needed to grant or revoke access
- Secure link metadata such as expiry time and download activity
C. Usage and Technical Information
- IP address, browser type, request metadata, and diagnostic logs
- App actions, configuration events, error reports, and performance data
- Webhook events, request timestamps, and callback status data
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve Digital Downloads
- Authenticate merchants and maintain app sessions
- Upload, map, and manage digital files for Shopify products
- Create, update, revoke, and display digital delivery entitlements
- Generate short-lived signed links for eligible downloads
- Track download counts and delivery status for merchant operations
- Manage billing, plan enforcement, subscriptions, and trial access where applicable
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect the Service
- Comply with legal obligations and Shopify requirements
We do not sell merchant or customer personal information.
4. Shopify Data and Platform Access
Digital Downloads operates as a Shopify app and accesses data that merchants authorize through Shopify’s app installation and permissions system. We request access that is reasonably necessary to create or connect Shopify products, upload files to Shopify Files, and deliver digital purchases.
Merchants can review requested permissions during installation and may uninstall the app at any time through Shopify.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process information based on:
- Performance of a contract
- Legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, and improving the Service
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Consent, where consent is required by law
7. Data Retention
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain merchant configurations, support digital delivery records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security.
If a merchant uninstalls Digital Downloads, we may delete or de-identify app data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is needed for legitimate business purposes or legal compliance.
8. Data Deletion and Shopify Privacy Requests
Digital Downloads receives and processes Shopify privacy or compliance webhooks related to customer data access, customer deletion or redaction, and shop data deletion or redaction. Because the app is designed not to store customer profile data, customer-specific requests may be acknowledged without returning or deleting profile records that we do not hold.

9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Download links are generated as short-lived signed links and permanent public file URLs are not intended to be exposed as the customer-facing access mechanism.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@xtnsn.pro. If you are a merchant using Shopify, some account and store data may also be available directly through your Shopify admin.
